Terms of Service

Ivory Journal is a personal, private journal product from mory.dev. These terms are short on purpose.

The service

Ivory Journal lets you write and keep private journal entries. You get an account, you write, you search your own words. That is the product.

Your account

You are responsible for the email you use to sign in and for what you write. Do not use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or dump malware. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the system or put other users at risk.

You can delete entries anytime. If you want the whole account gone, contact us and we will remove it.

Your content

Your entries belong to you. We host them so the product works. We do not claim ownership of your writing, and we do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plans may exist. Paid features are billed as shown on the pricing page. Cancel anytime; you keep Free access after a Pro cancellation. Refunds are handled case by case—ask if something went wrong.

Availability

We aim to keep Ivory Journal running, but we do not promise perfect uptime. The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost entries beyond what we can reasonably restore from our own backups, or for decisions you make based on your journal.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
